The selection of men’s underwear featured at the Milan Fashion Week has caused a storm in the fashion world. Designers such as Donatella Versace, Philipp Plein, and Dean and Dan of Dsquared2 displayed their new underwear selections.
A streaker briefly interrupted the Dolce & Gabbana show near the end, but nevertheless the show managed to show some interesting underwear pieces.
The designers showed everything from white briefs and boxer shorts to boxer briefs and printed trunks. Dolce & Gabbana showed waffle knit underwear with striped tank tops, and some printed swim shorts.
Philipp Plein had underwear peeking above sweatpants and jeans, and showed briefs and boxers cheekily printed with ‘Toy Boy’. There were also boxer shorts, boxer briefs, briefs in white, grey, and black.
Dsquared2, on the other hand, opened their show with tight, white briefs and printed trunks. Donatella Versace featured a beach look by sending her models down the runway in high-rise speedos paired with sweatshirts and multi-coloured sports tapes.
