Warehouse | Customer Service Personnel - Alexandria NSW
Working within an Ecommerce fashion business you will focus on driving exceptional customer service for all online customers, The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming calls, emails and general order processing and assist in the smooth running of our day to day warehouse operations.
This important role includes the following responsibilities:
Assisting customers with their queries received via telephone and email
Picking, packing and dispatch of orders
Liaise with third party warehouse and in-house logistics team to ensure online orders are dispatched and returns processed on time
General warehouse duties
Receiving stock deliveries
Light packing and shelving stock
General administration tasks
Upload products and inventory including product descriptions to online shop
The ideal candidate will need
Be extremely reliable and honest
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Must have a 'can do' attitude
Excellent multitasking skills
Excellent organisational skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with a positive and upbeat attitude
Strong attention to detail
Must be a quick thinker and have good problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer skills
Experience in customer service, preferably in an online store environment 1 year experience in a similar role
